Store Policy

Baby Cha-Cha understands that internet shopping is different from being able to handle and investigate items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase we will happily return/exchange the item/s provided. Our products are a labor of love produced by hand; any variations in the products should be considered part of buying handmade products. We are pleased to provide you with quality products.

We do not accept returns unless we have grossly misrepresented an item. In such a case we need to be contacted within 24 hours of receipt for return authorization, and the items must be returned within 48 hours of receipt.

You will be given an exchange or store credit. We do not refund cash. In the extreme case that we may decide to do so, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and No shipping charges will be refunded.

All SALES ARE FINAL on sales merchandise

1. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and original and return shipping charges will not be credited. Please be sure to include your email address and the details of your return to ensure quick processing.

2.If approved all items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 10 days.

3.The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.

For customer security, please only ship returns via carriers with tracking services or by insured federal mail. Baby Cha-Cha is not responsible for any return that is lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse.

5.Upon our receiving the item, we will issue you a credit for the amount of the merchandise only (Freight is not reimbursed) less a 15% restocking fee.


Baby Cha-Cha Boutique is happy to deliver Worldwide. Contact us with your order and we can advise you of the postal charges. We typically ship Airmail Parcel Post, and we require that you pay additional shipping insurance, so we can properly track your orders.

If you do not wish to purchase insurance, this is okay, but we cannot guarantee the tracking of your order if lost by USPS Global Services.

In addition to this information, we will hold International orders for a few days to verify payment validity prior to shipping. This is due to excessive fraudulent purchases, and it is for your protection.

We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Baby Cha-Cha will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.

If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: 1. The customer refuses to accept the package 2. No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package Baby Cha-Cha reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.

We DO NOT accept any customer's own shipping method (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order.


Pay Pal is our chosen method of payment. We believe that this is the safest and securest way for our customers to pay for their purchase.

Don't have a Pay Pal account? No Problem. You can still pay using Pay Pal with your credit card.

Note: Unpaid Orders – Items are returned to stock when payments are not received within 7 days after placing your order.


Orders will ship to the address on your paypal payment unless I have been emailed directly for any changes/updates.

Most orders will ship within 2 business days of completed payment. In the case of a high volume of orders, it may take an extra day or two to ship.

We ship using USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 business days to receive once shipped. Not including weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your item ships.

Orders ship in the order they are received. You will receive a refund for any item that comes out of stock.
